OUR MISSION
Our Mission is to become the leading African-American owned merchandising company, the Gold Standard services in the merchandising industry, and provide superior merchandising services throughout the United States.
Our Strategy is to deploy our premier professional Sales and Merchandising team to ensure delivery and focused execution of our client’s corporate vision to the African-American consumer.

OUR SERVICES
Merchandising
JITA's Merchandising team performs daily merchandising activities where JITA representatives visit retail locations on behalf of our clients to distribute POP material, educate stores staff on new promotions, and set up in-store promotions on behalf our clients.

Gain, maintain and/or increase distribution in key retail chains, mass merchandisers, beauty supplies and distributors within the United States of America.

Place Point of Purchase materials in all retail outlets, along with building off-shelf displays to increase product visibility.

Implement sampling and in-store promotional opportunities to educate consumers during peak shopping periods.

Compile customized territory surveys and pertinent sales data analysis to assess the market conditions and competitors.

Write turnover orders for promotional and out of stock merchandise to ensure product availability at store level.

Execute new product launches through coordinated multistate strategic plan of action initiatives and activities.

Support local Trade Show events, such as, Today's Black Woman Essence Music Festival and regional Black Expos, just to name a few.

Resets are an integral part in the merchandising strategy of any retail store. They ensure that products are displayed in a clean, organized manner to attract the consumer’s attention. Planograms are developed to ensure this is executed at the highest level, along with displaying price and sale tags once the planograms is finished being set up.
